Bots
One bot does the work an ASRS, AMR, sorter, and dock buffer do separately. It is its own lift. It climbs the structure to any height and moves in every direction. No fixed lanes, no shared lift to wait on. The whole system runs on under 20 field-replaceable units and the spare-parts kit fits in a closet, not a warehouse.

Stations
